Our banking services include the following:

• liaise with the banking institution of your choice in Cyprus for the opening and administration of the bank account of your Company
• completion and submission of bank forms
• provide to the bank certified company documents, passport copies, utility bills and CVs of the company officers
• arranging for a video call of the beneficial owner with the bank officers to explain the business of the company and answer any questions
• arrange for the company to lease a physical office and a telephone line as a proof of physical presence in Cyprus
• appointment of a trusted local director as a bank signatory always acting upon the instructions of the UBO
• creation of online bank payment instructions to be approved by the Directors of the Company for execution.
• liaise with bank officers on Know-Your-Client procedures and AML matters and provide them with everything they will need to update the bank KYC company file
• assist and arrange for meetings with bank officers if necessary
